Underpinning our Candidate and Customer Care methodologies are our contractual guarantees of quality.

The BAG’s Standard Terms of Business provide guarantees for all of our placements:

Guarantee for Permanent Placements

The BAG guarantees to undertake the replacement of any candidate appointed at no additional consulting fee, should they be terminated for unsatisfactory performance, within a period of time after appointment, negotiated with the Client.

Guarantee for Contractor Placements

The BAG guarantees to replace any contractor whom, for any reason, proves to be unsatisfactory within a period of time after commencement of the assignment, negotiated with the Client.
